Official Rules

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to participate. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: “Yeti Cooler Giveaway” Sweepstakes starts on June 18, 2022 at 12:00pm ET and ends on July 9, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET. .

 

HOW TO ENTER: Comment on the “Saltwater Woody Yeti Cooler Giveaway” social media post and tag at minimum one friend in the comment section. Limit one entry per person during sweepstakes period. No purchase is necessary to enter and win.

 

All entries must be received on or before July 9, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET.

 

DRAWING:  Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries.  Drawing will be conducted on or about July 10, 2022 and winner will be notified by direct message and/or email from Saltwater Woody on or about July 10, 2022.  Notification will be sent to the account used by entrant on the comment/entry.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Saltwater Woody, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.

 

PRIZES:  There will be one prize awarded.  The Prize consists of an Yeti Cooler  ARV: $375. 

 

Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All Federal state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner. The winner will be notified by an automatic reply following entry submission. Winner must be at least 21 years of age.  Unclaimed prize may not be awarded.

 

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s) will be required to provide a mailing address to receive Prize or Prize information.  Potential Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Saltwater Woody and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Saltwater Woody for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted following receipt of the Yeti cooler prize, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and verification may be required.

 

NOTICE: Entrants are responsible for actively maintaining the account used by entrant to make the comment/entry.  Potential winner will have 30 days from date of notice to accept the prize.  If winner does not accept prize within the designated number of days, he/she may forfeit the prize.

 

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

 

The Sponsor and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
